I'm Hope - a VA and digital operations specialist with a background as a registered naturopath and former clinic owner, based in Auckland, New Zealand.
I spent years running my own naturopathy clinic, seeing clients in person and managing everything that comes with owning a small business.
After starting a family I moved away from clinic work and channelled that same energy into building an online content business lovefoodnourish.com growing it through SEO, brand partnerships and content creation.
It was through that experience that I discovered a genuine love for the digital and operational side of running a business, which eventually led me to supporting other wellness businesses in the same way.
