Hope is a north Auckland-based Registered Naturopath and accredited Mental Health and Wellness Coach.
Hope gained her 3 year naturopathy qualification in 2010 and has been in the health and wellness industry for nearly 17 years. She has a wealth of experience seeing clients with various health complaints after running a Naturopathic clinic in central Auckland.
Hope is passionate about good food and nutrition and loves creating healthy recipes which led her to create the food blog Love Food Nourish in 2016.
Having recently completed further study in the mental health field, Hope has learned the latest in neuroscience, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, behaviour change and coaching techniques alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She brings these modalities together to support people on their journey back to good health and help them create lasting change.

Through mental health coaching we also look at any emotional patterns, challenges, feelings of being stuck and support you through via a variety of modalities such as to help get you back on track. Nutrition, natural medicine, supplements and pathology testing may be used as required. This is a holistic approach to support your body and mind.
