~ About Me ~

Hope Pearce Naturopath

Registered Naturopath and Mental health Coach

Hi there! My family and I live in the beautiful Snells Beach, north Auckland. I mainly work online, but I’m more than happy to meet in person too if that works better for you.

My journey in the health and wellness space began in 2005 when I decided to become a Naturopath after some big life moments. Losing my partner while living in London triggered an array of physical and mental health challenges. Hormonal and fertility challenges, including a couple of ectopic pregnancies, chronic fatigue, migraines, anxiety, and depression, are personal health challenges that, throughout the years, I came to know quite well.

These are all part of my lived experiences and, in their own way, helped my journey as a practitioner as I constantly strived to further my knowledge to not only help myself but also others in the process.

I completed my 3-year naturopathy qualification in 2010 and ran a clinic in central Auckland for 5 years where I worked with people experiencing a wide array of health challenges such as hormonal issues, chronic fatigue, diabetes, skin complaints, and digestive system complaints.

After the birth of my son, I started up the food site Love Food Nourish as I saw a need for a site with both gluten and dairy free recipes as so many of my clients had sensitivities to these foods. I love cooking and all things nutrition, so this was something I was passionate about and has continued to grow over the years.

Fast forward a few years, and after navigating a few more big life events, I studied some more with a focus on mental health and some more about nutrition and how it relates to our mental health. My experiences as a Naturopath showed me time and time again how mental and emotional stress contribute to physical ill health. I now support others as a Mental Health Coach and I feel it complements my naturopathic background and experience. I use a mix of coaching techniques, evidence-based lifestyle medicine tools, acceptance and commitment therapy, and behaviour change psychology in my mental health coaching work.

I am here to support you, to listen without judgment, and to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.

If you are interested in diving deeper and learning more about all aspects of your health challenges, then I can provide comprehensive support as a Naturopath. We can look at stress, overwhelm, anxiety, worries, and nutrition concerns to help you foster a life where you can thrive.
